Attorney Steven Weinstein of Tucson; check bouncing loser

The state of Arizona presented Steven C. Weinstein with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Wrote check on insufficient funds account(rubber)
• Failed to maintain client fund account records
• Failed to perform mandatory monthly client trust account reconciliations
• Failed to preserve client property
• Caused actual harm to his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Stevie practices at 107 West Washington in Tucson, Arizona.
