Attorney Criss Candelaria of Concho, AZ; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Criss Candelaria with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Criss guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to summary judgment motion
  • Failed to request additional time to respond to summary judgment motion
  • Failed to timely inform client summary judgment motion granted
  • Motion for reconsideration of court grant of summary judgment denied because it did not comply with the applicable rules of civil procedure
  • Filed numerous motions that failed to comply with statutes and rules

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Criss’ First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Criss by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Criss practices with the Criss Candelaria Law Office PC in Concho, Arizona.
