Attorney Jeffrey Simonian of Fresno, CA; Dumbo, convicted drunk

The state of California presented Jeffrey David Simonian with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to respond to client inquiries
• Improper withdrawal from client representation
• Failed to release client file to client upon termination
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jeff!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jeff.
