Attorney Steven Bryant of Redmond, OR; slacker

The state of Oregon provided Steven D. Bryant with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to timely file motion seeking increase in child support on client’s behalf
• Failed to timely advise client of settlement offer
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Stevie practices with Bryant Emerson LLP at 888 SW Evergreen Avenue in Redmond, Oregon.
