Attorney David Nagle of Waterloo, IA; convicted drunk

The state of Iowa presented David R. Nagle with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Plead guilty to driving under the influence (DUI), second offense
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Davey practices at 501 Sycamore in Waterloo, Iowa.
