Attorney Erica Scavone of Morristown, NJ; thieving liar

The state of New Jersey presented Erica Marie Scavone with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from Widener University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Erica guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Attempted to conceal from her law firm employer that she was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• For several months submitted false mileage claims to her employer and accepted payments for same

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Erica by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

Because Attorney Misfits in New Jersey are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Erica was never criminally prosecuted for attempting to defraud her employer and/or for grand theft.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Erica practices with the Law Offices of Gold Albanese Barletti & Locascio at 48 South Street in Morristown, New Jersey.
