Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a third person

Failed to explain matter to extent reasonable necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty and misrepresentation
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jamie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
