Attorney Philip Gentile of Bethlehem, PA; thieving druggie

The state of Pennsylvania presented Philip G. Gentile with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to felony charges of cocaine possession in New Jersey
• Pled guilty to grand larceny for theft of employee pension funds
• Pled guilty to felony charges of passing bad checks (rubber) in New Jersey

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Phil practices at 244 East Union Blvd in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
