Attorney Mark J. Geiger of Salem, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided Mark J. Geiger with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide copy of appellate ruling to client
  • Failed to advise client of new law office address
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018) Mark practices at 317 Court Street NE in Salem, Oregon.
