Attorney Elissa Ryan of Portland, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Elissa Maria Ryan with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Elissa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made a false statement of law or fact
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in willful deceit
• Failed to withdraw when it was obvious that her continued employment would result in a violation of a disciplinary rule

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Elissa by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018) Elissa practices in Portland, Oregon.
