Attorney Thomas Agresti of Denver; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Thomas J. Agresti with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Colorado State University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Charged and/or collected a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Recklessly exercised unauthorized dominion and control over his client’s funds despite not earning the funds
  • Failed to keep separate funds disputed by one or more parties
  • Failed to properly maintain client trust accounts
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Tommy practices at 4610 South Ulster Street in Denver, Colorado.

CAUTION: Tommy does not carry legal malpractice insurance
