Attorney Rose Cooper of Anderson, SC; ethical goblin

The State of South Carolina presented Rose Marie Cooper with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the Charleston School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Rosie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Knowingly disobey an obligation under the rules of the tribunal
• Failed to maintain complete records of client trust accounts
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Rosie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Rosie practices at 612 East River Street in Anderson, South Carolina.
