Attorney Joseph Angus of Saskatchewan; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Joseph Albert Angus with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Queens University Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Joseph guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct unbecoming a lawyer (What’s new?
• Improperly made payments from trust account while license suspended
• Failed to provide monthly trust account reports to Law Society

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan punished Joseph by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
