The state of Colorado provided Kallman Elinoff with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Colorado State University Law School.

 

The Colorado State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Kallman’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Attempted to bribe two Denver police officers
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kallman by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

 

Kallman’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Lied to court to secure cancellation of client’s trial date
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kallman by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Kallman practices with the Law Office of Kallman Elinoff practices at 4280 Morrison Road in Denver, Colorado.
