Attorney Keven McKenna of Providence, RI; ethical troll

The state of Rhode Island presented Keven A. McKenna with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Rhode Island Ethics Commission found Keven guilty of the following misconduct

• Deliberately delayed Workers’ Compensation Court proceeding
• Failed to disclose income to Bankruptcy Court
• Ignored subpoena
• Operated law practice under an unauthorized limited liability corporation
• Deliberately misrepresented his assets to bankruptcy trustee

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Keven by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.
