Attorney Richard Kuritz of Jacksonville, FL; deceitful loser

The state of Florida presented Richard Randall Kuritz with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor (deceitful) towards a tribunal
• Engaged in improper communications with jurors
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Flolrida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Dick practices with The Law Offices of Bedell & Kuritz at 200 East Forsyth Street in Jacksonville, Florida.
