Client’s landlord/tenant dispute dismissed due to Mikey’s failure to respond to preliminary objections

Failed to respond to attempts to resolve landlord/tenant dispute and file timely responses

Unauthorized practice of law before bankruptcy court

Knowingly lied to clients about progress of legal matter

Failed to advise client’s that a court judgment was entered against them for more than $400,000 in damages and attorney fees

$215,000 paid out by Mikey’s malpractice insurer regarding $400,000 judgment rendered against his clients

Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

Failed to keep client informed about status of matter
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. August 2018), Mikey practices with Kovalcin Law LLC at 317 East Presqueisle Street in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.
