Judge William Maruszczak of King of Prussia, PA; loudmouth bully

The state of Pennsylvania presented William Maruszczak with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Temple University Law School; however, he never passed the state bar exam and therefore is not a licensed attorney.

It should be noted that Billy has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-eight years. Apparently, Billy was unsuccessful when he applied for a job as a greeter at a local Walmart Supercenter Store.

The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in abusive conduct outside of the courtroom
• Bullied supporters of an electoral rival through participation in a remedial program
• Screamed and yelled at campaign workers for his judicial opponent
• Failed to recuse himself in a lawsuit filed by a friend who had donated money to his campaign
• Insulted or otherwise threatened three people he believed were working for his opponent in 2015
• Yelled threats at former law professor for supporting his opponent and screamed at her “This office [judgeship] is my livelihood.”

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy the Bully (BB) by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As we speak, (ca. April 2018), Billy continues to sit as a Montgomery Country Magisterial District Court Judge in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
