Attorney Jefre Goldtrap of Nashville; slacker, repeat offender 

The state of Tennessee presented Jefre Scot Goldtrap with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jefre guilty of the following misconduct.

Jefre’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to file timely appellate brief on client’s behalf
• Found in contempt for failure to file brief in timely fashion
• Intentionally disregards rules of civil procedure
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jefre by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Jefre’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to engage in discovery on behalf of client
• Failed to communicate with client regarding basis for fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jefre by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Jefre practices at 3807 Dickerson Pike in Nashville, Tennessee.
