Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin: Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Stevie. In the past, he has been the recipient of one (1) Award and the subject of one (1) opinion piece. That awards and opinion piece are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin decided to once again prove that he’s a Certified Moron by making claims about the powers bestowed upon Donald “Trumporleone” Trump as President.

During a recent (late March 2018) interview with Fox news host Chris Wallace, Stevie spewed forth the following moronic claims regarding The Great Leader’s comment that he wouldn’t sign another trillion-dollar budget deal after signing one for $1.3 trillion. Stevie then told Fox’s low I.Q. viewers:

"Democrats demanded a massive increase in non-military spending."

Stevie then opined that a line-item veto would give The Great Leader the ability to thwart Democratic demands in future spending bills despite a 1998 Supreme Court ruling that the line-item veto was unconstitutional.

Stevie then engaged in the following dialogue with Wallace.

STEVIE:

"It doesn't need to be reality, and I'm not going to comment on what the President will do, but as you heard him say, he's not planning on doing this again.”

“I think they should give the President a line-item veto."

WALLACE:

“The line-item veto power has been ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court."

STEVIE:

"Congress could pass a rule, OK, that allows them to do it."

Stevie’s asinine statement that Congress could pass a rule preempting the Constitution proves beyond all doubt that he’s a Monumental Moron (M&M).

What’s next for Stupid Stevie? Will he proclaim that Congress can pass a rule prohibiting Free Speech?
