Attorney Katherine Sendy of Hartford, CT; slacker, loser

The state of Connecticut presented Katherine Elizabeth Sendy with a law license.

The Statewide Greivance Committee found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise underling attorney
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kathy!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds owing to client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Greivance Committee punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Kathy practices with Rubenstein & Sendy LLC at124 Jefferson Street in Hartford, Connecticut.
