Attorney Nima Vokshori of Los Angeles; thieving scofflaw

The state of California presented Nima Stephen Vokshori with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Nima guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Victims of misconduct were highly vulnerable
  • Demand client pay him $351 in unearned fees (crook)
  • Demanded that client sign agreement to not file ethics charges against him regarding loan modification matter along with paying him $351 in unearned fees
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
  • Willfully violated California law by demanding/accepting upfront fee of $3,000 to handle loan modification case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Nima by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2018, Nima practices with the Vokshori Law Group at 1010 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
