Attorney Brandon Rehkopf of Toledo, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio presented Brandon Mclain Rehkopf with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

The Toledo Bar Association found Brandon guilty of the following conduct.

• Failed to obtain consent from attorney to speak to her client
• Failed to advise client to seek independent legal advice regarding conflict of interest in being represented by Brandon
• Improperly communicated with a person he absolutely knew at the time was represented by counsel

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Brandon by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
