Attorney David Ernst of Lebanon, OH; slacker

The state of Ohio presented David Edward Ernst with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Warren County Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following conduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to deposit client retainer in designated trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. (June 2018), Dave practices with Ernst & Associates at 11 South Broadway in Lebanon, Ohio.
