Attorney Clarence Johnson Jr. of Atlanta; scamming loser

The District of Columbia presented Clarence R. Johnson Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Clarence guilty of the following conduct.

  • Failed to maintain client trust account records
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Transferred earned fees from operating account to his trust account to conceal personal funds from creditors seeking satisfaction on of outstanding personal debts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Clarence by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Georgia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Clarence was never criminally charged with writing bad checks.

As we speak (ca. (March 2018), Clarence practices with Clarence R. Johnson Jr. PC at 325 Edgewood Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia.
