Filed sham lawsuit v. former employer and falsely claiming he was an employee of the company and sought frivolous relief from the trial court

Used legal system to divulge confidential client information

Engaged in unethical litigation tactics by filing excessive deposition notices and motions to disqualify judges

Knowingly communicated with someone he absolutely knew to be represented by counsel

Sent threats to report opposing counsel to the State Bar

Purchased former client’s shares to influence ongoing litigation

Violated court order to abstain from posting information about ongoing litigation and/or the parties involved on social media

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $6,900 in costs.
