The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Directed clients to lie about extent of injuries in order to fraudulently seek/obtain medical care

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.
