Attorney Lawrence R. Young of Downey, CA; serial offender, moron

The California Supreme Court provided Lawrence Young with a law license in 1966.

Larry gives the term “repeat performance” a bad name. In the past, the California Bar Court and Supreme Court have suspended Larry’s law license at least five (5) times. The misconduct that Larry was found guilty of is as follows:
  1. Misused client’s trust account
  2. Used client funds to pay his personal expenses
  3. Repeatedly wrote bad checks on account
  4. Refused to return unearned fees ($10,000)
  5. Failed to perform legal services competently (moron)
  6. Multiple pattern of misconduct
The certified enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court had the chutzpah to give credit in mitigation to Larry the Repeater on the basis that he provided affidavits from attorneys and two Los Angeles County Superior Court judges attesting to his “good character.” Clearly these buffoons wouldn’t know good character if it slapped them across the face.

The buffoons on the Bar Court also gave credit in mitigation to Larry because he indicated he was going to attend Ethics School. What’s the point of this charade? Larry’s 73 years-old. I suppose if Larry were to attend the Huey Long School of Ethics at LSU in Baton Rouge that might make a difference, right?

As a consequence of his fifth repeat performance, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension. This non-punishment is further evidence that Attorney Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are.

As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) Larry the Loser practices law at 9530 East Imperial Highway in Downey.
