Attorney Peter Rodway of Portland, ME; slacker, loser

The state of Maine presented Peter E. Rodway with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from University of Denver Law School. Pete also received a law license from Colorado.

The Panel B of the Grievance Commission of the Maine Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to file necessary motion to vacate hearing date on client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Pete practices with Rodway & Horodyski PA at 120 Exchange Street in Portland, Maine.
