Attorney Peter Lukevich of Seattle; repeat offender, certified loser The Washington State Supreme Court presented Peter Lukevich with a law license in 1989. Pete then went to work for a law firm by the name of Trickey (I’m not kidding!) and Applewick.
In 1998, then Governor Gary Locke made a monumental error in judgment when he appointed Lukevich as a District Court Judge in Yakima County.
During his time on the bench in Yakima County, the Washington Judicial Commission found Judge Lukevich guilty of the following pattern of misconduct:

After leaving the bench and in keeping with his low standards of ethical conduct, the Washington State Bar found him guilty of the following misconduct:
As a consequence of his second bite at the Misfit Tree, the apologists for Attorney Misfits as the Washington State Bar punished Pete by presenting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) Pete the Loser practices law at 2611 125th Street NE in Seattle.
