Attorney Marc Wells of Princeton, KY; ethical goblin

The state of Kentucky presented Marc Alan Wells with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Marc!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 61-day suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Marc.
