Attorney Edward B. Ross of Ferndale, WA; misogynist, liar, loser   Unfortunately, the Washington Supreme Court presented Edward B. Ross with a license to practice law in 1971.
At one time Eddie sat as a District Court Judge in Whatcom County. During his undistinguished career on the bench, Eddie was found guilty of the following misconduct by the Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct.
Eddie’s BS Mangled Brain Defense
  Rather than admit his misconduct, Eddie, in his defense, blamed it all on brain damage (hmm…and that brain might be where?).
Eddie said a bicycle accident in 1998 left him with a “significant brain injury.” Eddie’s imaginative doctor argued that it is “typical for persons with severe brain injury to make spontaneous statements without any advance idea what the contents of the statement will be.” Clearly this doctor missed his calling as a standup comedian.
Is this like a cool defense or what? If Eddie’s so-called doctor is to be believed, then any of the following statements can be properly defended as a result of a judicially damaged brain.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Eddie by gifting him with an admonishment.
