Attorney Ronald Salomon of New York City; slacker, repeat offender

The state of New York presented Ronald S. Salomon with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the New York Law School.

The 1st Department Disciplinary Board found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in pattern of neglect
  • Neglected at least six client immigration matters
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Ronnie’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Ronnie practices at 305 Broadway in New York, New York.
