Attorney Samuel Militello of Brooklyn, NY; slacker, repeat offender

The state of New York presented Samuel Militello with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The 1^st Department Disciplinary Board found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Sammy’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Sammy practices at 26 Court Street in Brooklyn, New York.
