Attorney Robert Donlon of Charlotte, NC; bullying loser

The state of North Carolina presented Robert Donlon with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Threatened to publicize embarrassing or recriminating information about members of a law firm which represented the plaintiff in a malpractice action pending against Bobby
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Selfish motive involved
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year stayed suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
