Attorney Pedro Krompeher of Raleigh, NC; scofflaw

The state of North Carolina presented Pedro Eduardo Krompecher with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Pedro guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in Virginia
• Committed a criminal misdemeanor offense in Virginia

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Pedro by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year stayed suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Pedro
