Attorney Daniel Ciener of Merritt Island, FL; ethical gnome, repeater

The state of Florida provided Daniel S. Ciener with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

Danny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Improperly sought to influence a judge
• Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

Danny’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Danny spoke to a court deputy in a rude and condescending manner in the presence of other people who were present in court that day for unrelated matters.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Danny practices with Law Firm of Ciener & Ciener at 244 North Grove Street in Merritt Island, Florida.
