Attorney Bruce Ingerman of Baltimore; slacker, loser

The state of Maryland presented Bruce E. Ingerman with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Negligence led to expiration of statute of limitations on client’s claims
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Attempted to enter into an agreement prospectively limiting his ability to his client for malpractice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Bruce practices with Ingerman & Horwitz at 20 Park Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland.
