William Karger of Bethesda, MD; scofflaw

The state of Maryland presented William Harry Karger with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in another state

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Billy practices with the Karger Consulting Group at 10411 Motor City Drive in Bethesda, Maryland.
