Attorney Mark McDermott of DC; imbecilic loser

The state of Maryland presented Mark T. McDermott with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo) re: adoption matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Mark practices with the Law Office of Mark T. McDermott at 910 17^th Street NW in Washington, DC.
