Judge Markel Chiles of Mesa, AZ; Il Duce Wannabee, Dufus, arrogant  
FYI: Il Duce is none other than the late Italian dictator Benito Mussolini who partnered up with Adolph Hitler during World War II.
Unfortunately, Judge Markel Chiles has served as Justice of the Peace for the East Mesa Justice court since he duped the voters into electing him in November 2006. He successfully duped the voters again in November 2010 to reelect him.
In 2010, the Arizona Judicial Commission found Judge Chiles guilty of the following misconduct:
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Judge Chiles by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (Dec 2011) this certified loser continues to sit as the Justice of the Peace in Mesa, AZ.
