Attorney Kyle Crowe of Franklin, TN; serial thief, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided Kyle Eric Crowe with a law license in 1958 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Kyle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kyle by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Carl!)

• Admitted to police of missing funds from his trust account
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Used trust account funds to pay child support and alimony
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to reconcile trust accounts
• Dishonest or selfish motive involved
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Provided inaccurate statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Carl!)
