Attorney Ian McTavish of British Columbia; moronic loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Ian F. McTavish with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society found Ian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to provide competent legal services (Moron)
• Failed to take steps to probate client’s late mother’s will or administer her estate
• Failed to keep client informed about matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide client with complete/accurate info re: status of application for probate and the status of administration of the estate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary $6,000 fine and costs of $1,288.00. 

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Ian practices at 710 4^th Avenue SE in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, Canada.
