Attorney Donald Skogstad of British Columbia, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Donald W. Skogstad with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in seven (7) counts of professional misconduct
• Provided false info to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Donnie!)
• Lied that he wasn’t involved in any kind of sham investment pool
• Failed to advise investors he was not representing their interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and $20,000 in costs.
