Attorney Charles Webb of Holmes Beach, FL; greedy loser

The state of Florida provided Charles Houston Webb with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The Florida State Bar Court found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, after representing a married couple in several matters over the years, Webb engaged in a conflict of interest when he sued the clients and foreclosed on three of their properties to recover owed legal fees.

Charlie gave no credit to the clients for the value of the first property that he foreclosed on and sold, and continued to foreclose on two additional properties, one of which appeared to be the clients’ homestead. And lastly, Charlie did not disclose to any of the courts his prior foreclosure against the clients’ property.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Charlie practices Webb & Wells PA at 3909 East Bay Drive in Holmes Beach, Florida.
