Attorney Alexander Vrbanoff of Chicago; ethical troll

The state of Illinois presented Alexander C. Vrbanoff with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Shared legal fees with non-lawyers
• Assisted non-lawyer in illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Assisted disbarred lawyer in the illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2018), Alex practices at 641 West Lake Street in Chicago, Illinois.
