Attorney Thomas Aul of Avon Park, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Wisconsin presented Thomas E. Aul with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to communicate in writing scope of representation and basis or rate of his fee/expenses
• Failed to record land contract signed at closing of business deal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Tommy practices at 2878 Palo Verde Drive in Avon Park, Florida.
