Attorney Nicole Linne of Lakewood, CO; convicted drunk

The state of Colorado provided Nicole Monique Linne with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Nicole guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), 4^th offense, a felony
• Involved in accident while driving under influence
• Nicole’s five-year-old child in car at time of DUI accident’
• Fled the scene of DUI accident
• Convicted of misdemeanor child abuse re: DUI accident
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Nicole by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Nicole practices with Bankruptcy Excellence LLC at 2700 Youngfield Street in Lakewood, Colorado.
