The state of Colorado provided William H. Louis with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Revealed client confidences w/o client consent
• Engaged in conflict of interest involving two clients
• Used client information to disadvantage of client
• Violated special conflict of interest rules for lawyers who formerly served as a public officer or employee of the government

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Billy practices with the Law Office of William H. Louis at 5 East Bijou Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
