Attorney William Muhr of Colorado Springs; convicted of assault

The state of Colorado provided William W. Muhr with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to third degree assault
  • Knowingly/recklessly caused bodily injury to another person
  • Failed to report conviction to disciplinary authorities
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Billy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously provided with a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Billy practices with William Muhr LLC at 7035 Campus Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
